Curated Majlis Circles • GCC

Meaningful Majlis Circles.
Trusted access.
Measurable outcomes.

Majlis.Global is a curated Majlis network for founders and senior executives in the GCC. We design small Majlis Circles and double-opt-in introductions, and we track what actually matters: second meetings, pilots, partnerships, and long-term relationships.

Starting in Dubai • GCC-focused • Consent-first • Outcome-tracked

A trusted peer Majlis for high-stakes decisions.

  • • Curated Peer Circles (8–12 people).
  • • Diverse industry mix, peer-level only.
  • • Structured problem-solving, not pitching.
  • • Double-opt-in intros with tracked outcomes.
Majlis.Global replaces volume with curated Majlis Circles and measurable introductions.

Move from ‘Networking’ to executive-level conversations, without the politics.

Most founders and senior leaders lack a space for honest, high-level strategy. Majlis.Global is not a mixer; it is a structured system designed to to surface challenges and enable informed next steps.

The Format

  • Small Circles: 8–12 hand-picked founders and senior executives per session.
  • Structured: 2.5 hours of focus. No panels, no speeches.
  • Private: Chatham House Rule. What is said stays inside.

The Outcome

  • Solutions: Solve one specific bottleneck per session.
  • Efficiency: 2 months of coffee chats compressed into 2 hours.
  • Results: We track second meetings, pilots, and deals.

Why “Majlis”?

In our region, a majlis is not just a room. It is a trusted space where people listen, advise, and decide. Not a random crowd, but a curated circle with shared norms and respect.

Majlis.Global takes this idea and applies it to founders and senior executives: small Majlis Circles, clear purpose, consent-first intros, and accountable conversations.

Why “.Global”?

Majlis.Global is born in the GCC, but not limited to it. The “Global” reflects two things:

  • Leaders here increasingly work across borders, markets, and time zones.
  • The standards we apply – governance, consent, accountability – are global.

We start in Dubai, with the intent to expand to Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, and other GCC cities once the first Circles have proven themselves.

A curated Majlis network with measurable outcomes.

Majlis.Global is a structured system for high-quality introductions and conversations. Every interaction is curated, consent-based, and tracked.

Majlis Circles

Small, theme-based circles of 8–12 leaders aligned around a specific problem, sector, or opportunity.

Majlis Sessions

In-person Majlis-style gatherings with clear structure, rules, and outcomes, with virtual follow-ups only when relevant.

Double-opt-in introductions

No surprise intros. Both sides agree, with context and intent shared upfront.

Outcome tracking

We track intro acceptance, second meetings, pilots and partnerships – so the network learns and improves.

How a Majlis Circle works

  1. 1. Apply
Share who you are, your role, and what you’re looking for.
  2. 2. Curate
We review fit, goals, and sector, then place you in the right Majlis Circle.
  3. 3. Meet
Join a small, structured Majlis Session with aligned participants and clear norms.
  4. 4. Follow-up
We facilitate double-opt-in introductions based on the room’s conversations.
  5. 5. Track outcomes
We document intros, second meetings, pilots, and partnerships – the basis for renewals and ongoing curation.

Each Circle runs as a 12-month cycle with 3–4 in-person Sessions per year, plus curated introductions in between.

Built for leaders who value depth, focus, and trust.

Founders & Operators

For founders and operators seeking serious access to customers, partners, and executive allies.

Executives & Experts

For senior leaders looking to source innovation, talent, and peer circles with real substance.

Sponsors & Partners (later phase)

For selected organizations, at a later stage, seeking relationship-based and measurable access to curated founders and operators – not just branding.

Curators & Majlis Hosts

For those able to convene serious rooms under a clear governance and outcome structure.

Advisory contributors (in formation).

Majlis.Global will be supported by a small group of advisory contributors from the GCC founder, executive, and partner ecosystem. Their role is simple but important: challenge our thinking, open the right doors, and help us protect the standard of meaningful, accountable introductions. They do not provide individual advisory services to members.

As we run and learn from the first Circles in Dubai, we will identify and invite a small number of advisory contributors. Once confirmed, advisory contributors will be listed transparently here.

Business model and current stage.

Majlis.Global is designed to be funded in a simple way over time. The first Circles are focused on proving value – with clear, measurable outcomes – before any scale or complex pricing.

Membership (direction of travel)

Over time, annual membership fees from founders and executives are expected to provide:

  • • Access to a 12-month Majlis Circle in your city
  • • 3–4 high-quality in-person Sessions per year
  • • Structured introductions and follow-up
  • • Priority access as the network grows
Request an invitation

Sponsors & partners (later phase)

At a later stage, selected sponsors and partners may support specific cycles in exchange for:

  • • Curated access to relevant founders and operators
  • • The option to co-host themed Majlis Sessions
  • • Simple, anonymized reporting on introductions and outcomes
  • • Presence in serious rooms, not mass events
No pay-to-pitch slots. No sponsor control over who is in the room.

Current stage: Founding Circle (Dubai)

Majlis.Global is in the Founding Circle phase, starting in Dubai. The first Circle(s) are treated as pilots and are not monetised. The focus now is to:

  • • Prove that small, curated Circles work in practice
  • • Generate serious second meetings, pilots and partnerships
  • • Refine the format and governance with the early cohort
  • • Build the base for expansion to other GCC cities
Membership pricing and sponsor packages will be introduced once there is a clear base of demonstrated engagement and repeat value.
